At Karakoram Organics, customer satisfaction is important and we want you to feel confident when purchasing our products. However, because we work with consumable wellness products, our policy has some specific conditions.
Our standard refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all seals and labels intact.
- You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).
Please do not send your purchase back to any manufacturer; all returns must be handled directly through Karakoram Organics.
Non‑returnable items
Due to hygiene, safety, and product‑integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used supplements and wellness products (including shilajit resins, drops, and gummies).
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Gift cards and other digital or downloadable products (if any).
We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions above.
Partial refunds
In some limited cases, we may offer a partial refund (or store credit), for example:
- Products returned with minor packaging damage that occurred after delivery.
- Items received in a condition that is not resalable but still due to our error or courier damage (assessed case by case, with photos).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (or as store credit, if agreed) within a certain number of business days.

Sale items
Unless otherwise stated:
- Only regular‑priced items may be refunded.
- Sale, discounted, or promotional items are generally non‑refundable, except where required by applicable law or in the case of damaged/defective products on arrival.
Exchanges
We only replace or exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect when you receive them.
If you need to request an exchange for the same product:

Gifts

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the original purchaser, who will be informed about the return.

Important points:
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless we have confirmed that the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.).

- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.
